This year, Elementa have consulted and educated on the WELL standard through various speaking engagements, added value advice and consultancy to our clients and the roll out of our WELL CPDs. It’s a key industry discussion point but more than that, as a business we want to continue to demonstrate our commitment to staff wellbeing and life balance. Therefore as part of planned set changes, which has included an office update to promote communal and collaborative space, to further improve staff wellness (and for what of a better phrase continue to ‘practice what we preach!’) we have introduced a trial flexible working arrangement that staff can opt into if they choose.
For the months of August, September and October we are trialling a condensed hours pattern and both the London and Oxford office will be closed on Friday afternoons. You will still be able to email and contact senior staff as usual, this includes all our Principals and Associate Principals. It will also not change our approach to doing whatever is needed to meet project and client deadlines. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
