Elementa’s London office has relocated to Bank

Elementa has relocated its London office to the heart of one of the world’s most important business hubs – the City of London. From Monday 18th April 2016 Elementa’s London office will be based at 80 Cheapside, EC2V adjacent to Bank station.

The new workplace, three times the size of Elementa’s current office in Southwark, allows for continued planned growth of the practice. The office provides improved facilities and space for our staff and clients alike with our aspiration to be able to improve features further in line with the WELL Health and Wellbeing standard for which we have taken a lead in promoting within the UK. The relocation will also benefit from further improved technology allowing more effective communication, a single floor plate enabling more agile working and greater organisational effectiveness and conference facilities for our clients. This move will give Elementa prime position in the City and easy access to all other parts of London through excellent transport links.

Speaking on the decision to relocate, Doug Kerr Managing Director, said “The new office presents Elementa with many new opportunities, improving the environment for our staff and importantly provides improved access to many of our clients within London and overseas. It is a mark of our sustainable growth, a success born out of trusted relationships with clients and construction professionals alike. The office will continue to act as the European hub for Integral Group allowing us room to expand as we take on more opportunities not only from Europe but globally.

This move truly cements our position as one of the leading growing building services engineering and sustainability consultants.”

Please note, there will be no change to any existing telephone numbers.
