Integral Group Installs the First LEED Dynamic Plaque in LA

After a successful year and new additions to our Los Angeles office, Integral Group is proud to move into a bigger space to accommodate the growing office. The new LA office officially opened yesterday with a special guest Rick Fedrizzi, CEO of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). The reason for Rick’s visit was to celebrate Integral Group’s new office and for installing the first LEED Dynamic Plaque in Los Angeles.

The LEED Dynamic Plaque is a building performance monitoring and scoring platform. USGBC explains it more extensively in a live web demonstration, the LEED Dynamic Plaque is an add-on to existing LEED certifications. It introduces an ongoing performance element to the traditionally static scheme. It keeps tabs on how an entire building or even just how your offices are doing in terms of energy use, water use, waste reduction, and transportation impacts of your colleagues and also their view of the human experience while inside the space.
