As a Project Manager with an engineering and architecture background, Stet bridges the communication gap which commonly occurs between disciplines. Furthermore, his design strives to achieve opportunities for energy and cost efficiencies, existing between disciplines, through advanced facade and climate-responsive building design, and comprehensive energy analysis. Stet’s specialties include heat-coupled moisture transport analysis of building envelopes for energy efficiency and material durability.
Stet is an Adjunct Professor of Architecture at the California College of the Arts, teaching courses in Integrated Building Systems, Energy Systems and Green Building. He has also been a Guest Lecturer at the UC Berkeley Department of Architecture, where he lectured on climate analysis, energy efficiency, sustainability, and building science. Stet also leads seminars at the Pacific Energy Center in San Francisco and Silicon Valley Energy Watch on site and solar analysis for architects. Stet is a member of the Society of Building Science Educators, Associate Member of the AIA and a member of the USGBC.
