Situated on the corner of Waterloo Road, the 142 bedroom hotel seeks to offer a coherent and vibrant scheme replacing intensive post-war office development. The scheme includes the incorporation of the Old Fire Station and hopes to incorporate this listed element in the context of a fitting new build.
Elementa worked closely with EPR to achieve planning on this prominent London development. M&E services where chose specifically to reduce their impact on the local surroundings and to provide an in context roof scape that works with the Old Fire Station and the local surroundings.
Elementa produced the Energy and Sustainability strategy for the development which was a key issue in association with the local planning requirements. The solution centres around a micro CHP plant.
