Criteo 10 Bloomsbury Way

Criteo has occupied 38,000 ft² at 10 Bloomsbury Way, London, to continue with plans to develop their workspace for ongoing success. The project consisted of open-plan workplace arrangements with break-out and vend areas. The use of pendent fittings in these areas complemented the CAT A suspended luminaires to create a contemporary feel within the refurbished building.

The space planning had to carefully consider the zoned underfloor air conditioning and the perimeter trench heating system installed under the CAT A arrangement. The program was critical; therefore, Elementa Consulting had to work closely with the design and build contractor to workshop the detailed design. This ensured the equipment orders could be procured to meet the fast track program.
