Entertainment One | 45 Warren Street

Elementa Consulting undertook this impressive 22,000 ft² CAT A to B scheme for Entertainment One, the world’s largest film distributor and producer, in just ten weeks.

The fit-out has provided Entertainment One with new working spaces, break-out, and executive offices. In addition, there are new client meeting rooms on the ground floor and a cinema acoustic level screening room for twenty-four people to showcase the latest productions.

A communications room on the ground floor ensures high speed and reliable communications are maintained for this dynamic organization. The main challenge for the design team was to provide all the critical features on a limited budget and over a very tight timescale to design, procure and construct.
