Facility Management Association of Australia (FMA) is the nation’s peak industry body for facilities management. FMA serves and promotes the interests of those who create, operate, and maintain Australia’s built environment. A primary focus of FMA is to ensure that the needs of facilities managers are understood and considered in government and business policy formulation and decision-making.

FMA’s annual conference Ideaction.2020 will be held on 2 June 2020. This year’s theme Ahead of the Game 2020: Virtualising the FM Industry, focuses on today’s rapidly changing environment. The event will explore what lies ahead while embracing new trends and technologies. There is an expectation that this year’s content will attract a high degree of interest, given its direct relationship to contemporary issues.
