This conference seeks to “not be another talk-fest, but a task-force” where community leaders and stakeholders will learn, share, and form functional alliances create collaborative solutions to real-world environmental issues.

This session will collaboratively explore how communities can be planned and governed in the face of disruptive change. A diverse and accomplished panel will share valued perspective, tools, and governance models illustrating how communities can become more responsive, agile, and inclusive to address complex issues such as climate volatility, depleted public funding, autonomous vehicles, and gentrification. Particular focus on future mobility systems will be examined, as this issue exemplifies a particularly complex governance issue.
