The Brewery District – Building 1 Selected as Finalist for Commercial Award of Excellence

The Brewery District – Building 1 has been chosen as a finalist for the 2014 Commercial Real Estate Awards of Excellence. This nine story, 265,000 sq. ft. LEED Gold certified building houses the Trankslink and Translink Police Head Office, as well as various ground floor retail amenities. In collaboration with Wesgroup, Integral Group provided mechanical engineering, LEED construction management and LEED Div. 15 (mechanical credits) services to this project. In addition, Integral also provided a BC Hydro Power Smart New Construction Program Energy Model and a LEED EAc1 Energy Model.

In partnership with Business in Vancouver, the 2014 Commercial Real Estate Awards of Excellence are put on by NAIOP Vancouver and recognizes excellence in Commercial Real Estate within the Metro Vancouver area for 2012 and 2013. The awards will be announced at the Fairmont Waterfront Hotel in Vancouver on May 28, 2014.
