CIBSE Training Scheme Approval
Elementa are extremely proud to have the ultimate seal of approval from the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) for our training scheme. The ‘Elementa Professional Development Training Scheme’ has been designed to meet the requirements of CIBSE and provide our valued engineers with a formal, accredited training programme to further their progression in the company and ultimately support them to Chartership.
As a team based organisation with a nurturing environment and culture, we encourage everyone to grow and develop. We cultivate the ability of each member of the team to do great work and to inspire others to do likewise. This same approach to excellence, integration and sustainability has been applied to our CIBSE accredited professional development scheme.
The scheme provides a structured period of training and experience for suitability qualified trainees to enable them to work towards membership of CIBSE and Engtech, IEng or Chartered Engineer (CEng) registration with the UK Engineering Council (EC-UK). It will also enable Elementa to develop the innovation experienced engineers committed to a deep green sustainable approach to building systems delivery that they need for the future. This approach will also shine through to benefit our clients bringing about continuous improvement through quality management.
