Hunter McDaniel Hall Receives Award for Design Excellence

The Hunter McDaniel Hallat the Virginia State University received an Honor Award for Design Excellence from the American Institute of Architects, Richmond Chapter on April 10, 2014. This project was recognized for transforming an outdated academic building into a state-of-the-art facility.

Integral Group was part of the design team that converted an existing 106,000 square-foot academic building into a groundbreaking and enriched STEM facility. The Hunter McDaniel Hall houses the School of Engineering, Science and Technology, Department of Chemistry, Biology, Nursing, Psychology, Math and Computer Science. The project is targeting LEED Silver.
