Integral Group Canada Joins JUST Program
Integral Group is pleased to announce that we are now part of The International Living Future Institute’s JUST Program. This merit makes Integral Group the first international organization to be a part of this program.
JUST™ is a voluntary program and tool that rates an organization’s social justice and equity based on specific and measurable accountabilities which acts as a “nutrition label.” The organization is rated based on the following indicators:
- Diversity
- Equity
- Safety
- Worker Benefit
- Local Benefit
- Stewardship
Integral Group Managing Principal, Stuart Hood sees value in pursuing and acquiring the JUST label to shed light on aspects where Integral Group is exceeding, as well areas where the company can endeavor to improve and create a more socially just and equitable society. “The importance of certifying using the JUST label is to demonstrate Integral’s continuing commitment to leadership in sustainability and providing our employees with an equitable workplace which they can be proud of- it reinforces our core values of trust, nurture and inspire.” states Hood.
