Executive Park | Mixed-Use Development

Executive Park is a large mixed-use development that will be the newest waterfront neighborhood in San Francisco. The project is subdivided into eight parcels, each of which will be occupied by multi-story tower buildings. Buildings 1, 3, 6, 7, and 8 will comprise residential buildings, while buildings 2, 4, and 5 will host retail and residential tenants. The development will include underground parking in each building. Executive Park will include up to 1600 dwelling units, creating a vibrant, urban, pedestrian-oriented neighborhood characterized by active, publicly accessible streets. A vision of an open space connecting the neighborhood to its surroundings is the foundation of the carefully designed, walkable neighborhood.

Innovative design will be displayed at Executive Park through dynamic mechanical design, such as an air source VRF system with heat recovery. This advanced system provides the ability to simultaneously achieve and meet different tenants’ opposing thermal comfort needs.

Integral Group will provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for this mixed-use property with architect partners Heller Manus Architects.
