QBE Insurance

The QBE Insurance project followed the initial fit-out of two floors at Plantation Place to allow QBE Insurance to consolidate. The project brief was to create a new enlarged reception area incorporating a waiting area, brokers’ meeting area, brokers hub, VIP lounge, and associated amenities to provide a unique shop front for QBE in London. The 200 m² waiting and meeting areas can be converted into a function space capable of accommodating 150 people.

Integral Group/Elementa Consulting was appointed to provide all mechanical, electrical, and public health designs to facilitate the new functionality of the office. This required an upgrade to the air-conditioning to adequately condition the space while events are in progress, mood lighting, a fully adjustable scene setting giving high flexibility for the use of this space, and modification of all mechanical and electrical services to accommodate the new functions.
