Bungane brings over 10 years of consulting engineering experience with an emphasis on integrated project delivery, building information modeling, project development and multidisciplinary team leadership. His passion for sustainable buildings encompasses the entire building design and operation. He works with architects and owners to identify opportunities that lie outside the scope of traditional MEP services. He draws on his experience working with passive strategies such as natural ventilation, day lighting, plug load reductions and solar control to drive down loads and minimize the impact of active systems.
Located in the heart of Downtown Austin on the edge of Lady Bird Lake, the Austin Design Studio is easily accessible via public transit, biking or walking. The Austin office work space is cozy with a start-up feel and is well day lit negating the need for interior lights except for rainy or particularly cloudy days and offers a view downtown. In an ideal location, finding a nearby place to eat or watering hole for happy hours is never difficult.
