Sumitomo Headquarters
The project brief was to fitout to Cat B standard the 35,500 ft² Sumitomo UK headquarters. This project included meeting rooms, reception, office, breakout spaces, and trading areas. In addition, Elementa Consulting designed and delivered the data suite and all associated business-critical engineering systems.
The team provided all mechanical, electrical, and public health engineering designs. Key features included:
- Replacement of all mechanical services
- VAV and four pipe fan coil units
- All new electrical services design and installation
- Communications room with resilience
